THIS NEW BOOK (which is available for free download below) is a full update of a smaller treatise which I first put out in 1993 and again in 1999. It now has 34% more material and contains more than 40,000 words in 126 pages of large-format paperback size. Here is the description from the rear cover:
“In the historical growth of what is known as the “Ecumenical Movement”, we can trace a three-phase development in ecumenical thinking. In the first phase, the emphasis (albeit naïve) was on creating some genuine unity among all those throughout the world who professed faith in Jesus Christ. In the second phase, the emphasis shifted to include all those who were members of any denomination or religion. In the third phase, the concept of ‘ecumenism’ is being widened to its ultimate possibility — that every human creature should be included in the idea of the Church, the whole inhabited world in its absolute universal sense, rather than in the potential universal sense of the Gospel offer. If the prime objective of those behind this movement was to unite all true believers in the cause of God’s truth and to proclaim the fullness of the Gospel with love and power to a spiritually corrupt and needy world, I would be the first to gather with them. But the knowledge that there is a hidden agenda of global proportions behind the second and third-phase work of the modern Ecumenical Movement has motivated me to expose its historical and developmental roots in this book”.

The plan is to absorb the visible church into a confederation of world religions which conform to the neo-Gnosticism of the New Consciousness developed through the Interfaith Movement (aided and abetted by the new Ecumenical Movement), Eastern religious missionaries, Theosophy and the New Age Movement. This is designed to prepare the way for a parallel one-world government, which discerning disciples of Christ will recognize to be readying the planet for the revealing of the Antichrist. This book traces all this activity from the inception of the Ecumenical Movement in the early 20th century through the Parliament of the World’s Religions, the Temple of Understanding, and many other interfaith devices. The book concludes with some advice on how disciples can deal with this onslaught on their faith, which represents “one of the greatest threats to the true Church since Arianism in the 4th century”.
