I was writing a piece in the book on which I am working which goes like this:

“It is easy to see why Satan has had to find powerful ways of waging war against the truth about Christ which had subsequently overturned the satanic lie of many millennia standing. Not content with having dredged up the heresies of Gnosticism, Docetism, Pelagianism, Manichaeism, Arianism, Montanism, Nestorianism, Sabellianism, Patripassianism, Apollinarianism, and Eutychianism, and having been cast to the earth (Revelation 12:9) and being angrily determined to “make war” with those “who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ” (Revelation 12:17), the devil brought into being a more subtle development which would have a profound impact on the historical course of professing Christendom. I refer to the history and development of mysticism in the visible church.”

I then added footnote references for each of those eleven heresies mentioned. In the footnote for Montanism, I added: “The madness of Montanism was really a second-century precursor to Pentecostalism and the Charismatic Movement”. In the footnote for Pelagianism, I added the words which you can see in the image above. I would love to unpack the falsehoods contained in that stated Pelagian position but I am so busy with book stuff that I do not have the time right now. But if you know your Bible — I mean really know your Bible and you accept all of its implications with ease, and if you do not get in God’s face because you are outraged by Truth, and if you have not imbibed the Pelagian contagion which has infected the majority of churches today — you will not have a problem unpacking it yourself…
