THINK CAREFULLY about how national politics actually works. I’m writing this for those who still (against all the odds) believe and trust in “the political process”. Here is how it works: Every election time, some character representing a political party comes along and says the equivalent of, “I am the one to bring change, lower taxes, make salaries higher, make everyone prosperous, make our country great, end all wars, bla-bla-bla”. Apparently, a majority of folks believe him or her completely and that party duly gets elected. Naturally, they can never fulfil any of those promises, so after a while the proles become disillusioned and then, just before the next election time, another character comes along and says the equivalent of, “I am the one to bring change, lower taxes, make salaries higher, make everyone prosperous, make our country great, end all wars, bla-bla-bla”. Apparently, a majority of folks believe… ad nauseam!
Now, if you are getting bored with this repetitive piece of writing, I can assure you that I am getting infinitely more bored with the process which it describes! Why on earth do people keep falling for this every time? Nothing ever really changes, not really, lastingly, regardless of any promises. (Maybe just a few superficial bits and pieces here and there). In fact, everything just seems to get worse! And all the childish bickering and petty point-scoring in parliaments and the like is absolutely appalling. But there is always some glittery gink who will step out of the shadows to try and convince you otherwise. It’s like a constant merry-go-round of carrot-on-a-stick (parrot-on-a-schtick?) deception. The truth is that none of the ginks who step out of the shadows can ever change anything of any lasting importance. The REAL government (civil service, intelligence and other alphabet agencies, military, multinational corporations, billionaires and various secret quangos) will continue running things just as they always have done, while leaving the circus of “the political process” to fool the people into imagining that they are choosing a government every few years. It’s a psyop. All of it.
I can kind of vaguely understand how people could be fooled by some ultra-smooth-talker who seems by appearance to be Mr Nice Guy (classic example, Barack Obama). Shiny doorstep salespeople can be very persuasive to the senile. But to be honest, I am at a complete loss to understand how anyone (especially so many “Christian” people) could ever fall for the banter of such obvious schmucks like Donald Trump or weasel wafflers like Keir Starmer — both of whom have a chequered past which should instantly disqualify them from any public service. It is as if the politicians being presented to the public for the circus of elections are becoming increasingly delinquent and gangsta; which, of course, implies that the public are becoming increasingly manipulable. Which they are. Out of desperation. It’s like the shady folks who organise elections are thinking in a fun kind of way, “How far can we go with this psyop to show just how stupid people are? Hahaha!” To be frank, it’s all become such a cartoon that I reckon they are now just taking the piss out of us. After all, there’s a lot of piss to take!

Some folks will be nodding their heads when they read the words I have written above; but many will be getting hot under the collar that I should be rubbishing “our great democracy”. My dear friends, there is no democracy anywhere. That is an illusion. Things will continue to be run as they are while votes are futilely cast. This is the way it is. I just watch it all as a Bemused Observer (which is the ‘handle’ I use in many parts of cyberspace).
Politicians exist as part of the mass manipulation of the general public. Whatever anyone says or does (including me), the end game is always going to be the same. Eventually a global government will come to pass presiding over mass surveillance technology and a barrage of artificial intelligence/transhumanist outgrowths. And all those who had voted in the past will say, “How the hell did we get here?” If I was to answer that question, it would take a one-thousand-page book. (Just working on it! 😉 Almost completed. Currently being proofread. Should be ready in August).

I voted one time in my adult life. I didn’t see any changes and I was also ignorant at the time. But now I just see Wash, Rinse, and Repeat. I don’t even bother. Thanks.
