ONE HIGHLY EFFECTIVE TACTIC OF WARFARE, used extensively by the CIA during the military conflicts in southeast Asia, is that known as the ‘Ink-Blot Strategy’. This involves the judicious placement of highly-trained and motivated people in a variety of different situations behind enemy lines, whose role is to gather an increasing number of allies and defectors to their cause. Each “cell” formed in this way can be said to represent a spot of ink on a piece of blotting-paper. Once there are enough spots radiating outwards, the entire paper will be covered in ink. So it is today with the strategy of the New Gnosticism. Readers will recall the statement, in the earlier section on “Centres of Light”, in which a spirit-entity claimed that these centres being set up around the world are “the first beachheads secured by the approaching forces [working] together to prepare the human species for its collective awakening” (Ken Carey, “The Starseed Transmissions: Living in the Post-Historic World”, Harper Collins, 1991, pp.54-55.). That is military language, and it emphasises the fact that we are engaged in a major spiritual battle with powers which lie beyond the world of flesh and blood (cf. 2 Corinthians 10:3-4; Ephesians 6:11-13).
Today, there is a determined effort on the part of the global neo-Gnostic community to infiltrate as many influential organisations as possible with their philosophy and practices, and to inject their ideas into as many situations as they are able. And they are highly efficient at their work. For example, when I was researching while writing this book in the National Library of Scotland in Edinburgh, there was not a single neo-Gnostic book, journal, or paper — no matter how obscure — which I was unable to obtain within minutes. There had been a meticulous efficiency in ensuring that their teaching was widely attainable. On the other hand, there were numerous Christian works, ancient and modern, which were found to be unavailable. Perhaps the reason for this is that as the professing Church has become increasingly earthbound, insular, parochial, fragmented, and limited by sectarian aims, it has lost sight of the urgency of its original commission from Christ; whereas the advocates of the New Age constantly hold before themselves a cosmic image of the nature of their work, thus overcoming the fact that their sects are numerous and their ideas so disparate.
Today there is hardly an area of Western culture which has not been permeated, in some small way, by the “Inkblot Strategy” of the Gnostic world-view. The world of the media has been especially useful in this respect, being ideally placed for such ‘educational’ work. An increasing number of films, television programmes and popular women’s magazines are propagating neo-Gnostic ideals; while on the High Street, a short inspection of the shelves of even the most respectable newsagents reveals a range of esoteric, occult-based journals which grows monthly. Even Oxford University has a course in “Mindfulness and Meditation: The Art and Science of Self-Transformation” (See https://www.conted.ox.ac.uk/courses/mindfulness-and-meditation-the-art-and-science-of-self-transformation/ ).
In this concluding section of the present chapter 4, we will be taking a brief look at the key aspects of some institutions which are highly influential in terms of global manipulation through the neo-Gnostic ink-blot strategy: First, its work in the world of commerce, business, and multinational corporations; second, health, healing, and the caring professions; third, its determined infiltration of global governmental agencies.

THE PROCESS OF NATIONAL AND GLOBAL GOVERNMENT is an area into which the ‘ink-blot strategy’ of the neo-Gnostics has been moving in a big way. We have already explored the fact that Teilhard de Chardin was one of the leading influences in the development of the New Gnosticism. Thus, the French Jesuit rigorously applied his monist, evolutionary philosophy to the world political situation, leading him to advocate a vision of some kind of one-world government: “Although the form is not yet discernible, mankind tomorrow will awaken to a ‘pan-organized’ world” (Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, The Future of Man, Harper & Row, 1955, p.182). It should come as no surprise, therefore, to learn that “Teilhard had always viewed the United Nations as the progressive institutional embodiment of his philosophy” (Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, The Future of Man, Harper & Row, 1955, p.182). However, this is not only the case from a political standpoint but from a spiritual one also; for the United Nations has long been one of the foremost world harbingers for the New Gnosticism. Seven years after the birth of the UN, a book was published by the occultist and founder of the Lucis Trust, Alice Bailey, claiming that:
“Evidence of the growth of the human intellect along the needed receptive lines [for the preparation of the New Age] can be seen in the ‘planning’ of various nations and in the efforts of the United Nations to formulate a world plan… From the very start of this unfoldment, three occult factors have governed the development of all these plans” (Alice A. Bailey, “Discipleship in the New Age”, Lucis Press, 1955, Vol.II, p.35).
Although she did not spell out clearly the identity of these “three occult factors”, she did reveal to her students that:
“Within the United Nations is the germ and seed of a great international and meditating, reflective group — a group of thinking and informed men and women in whose hands lies the destiny of humanity. This is largely under the control of many fourth ray disciples, if you could but realise it, and their point of meditative focus is the intuitional or buddhic plane — the plane upon which all hierarchical activity is today to be found” (Ibid., p.220).
To this end, the Lucis Trust, under the leadership of Foster and Alice Bailey, started a group called “World Goodwill” — an official Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) within the United Nations. The stated aim of this group is “to cooperate in the world of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ” (One Earth, the magazine of the Findhorn Foundation, October/November 1986, Vol. 6, Issue 6, p.24). Readers should bear in mind that “the reappearance of the Christ” here is not to be confused with the biblical concept of the Second Coming of the Jesus Christ of the Bible but instead refers to their ‘World Teacher’ who is expected to lead humanity into a forthcoming ‘Golden Age’ on earth, on which I elaborated in a previous section.
But the esoteric work inside the U.N. does not stop with such blatantly occult groupings. Much of the impetus for this process was initiated through the office of two Secretary-Generals of the UN, Dag Hammarskjöld (held office: 1953-1961) and U Thant (held office: 1961-1971) who succeeded him, and one Assistant Secretary-General, Dr. Robert Muller. In a book written to celebrate the philosophy of Teilhard de Chardin (and edited by Robert Muller), it is revealed that: “Dag Hammarskjöld, the rational Nordic economist, had ended up as a mystic. He too held at the end of his life that spirituality was the ultimate key to our earthly fate in time and space” (Robert Muller (ed.), The Desire to be Human: A Global Reconnaissance of Human Perspectives in an Age of Transformation, Miranana, 1983, p.304). In case readers may be wondering what kind of “spirituality” Dag Hammarskjöld advocated, a leaflet about the United Nations Meditation Room written under the direction of Mr. Hammarskjöld stated that the eerie lodestone altar within it “is dedicated to the God whom man worships under many names and in many forms” (Quoted in R.K. Spenser, The Cult of the All-Seeing Eye, Christian Book Club of America, 1962, p.9). In the final chapter of this book, we will discover how this syncretistic notion is fundamental to the development of the New Gnosticism and to the generation of its occult ‘Millennium’ on earth. In 1973, the UN Secretary-General U Thant, who was also a mystic, formed the organisation “Planetary Citizens” with a New Age activist called Donald Keys. This is yet another Non-Governmental Organisation within the U.N. which is devoted to propagating the New Gnosticism. Since its inception, this has grown to be a global organisation which is specifically “devoted to preparing people for the coming of the new culture” (J. Gordon Melton (ed.), New Age Encyclopedia, Gale Research, Inc., 1990, p.357). In a revealing connection, Donald Keys has been actively involved with the New Age Findhorn Community in Scotland and wrote regularly for its magazine “One Earth”. On one such occasion, at the beginning of the 1980s, Donald Keys wrote for its magazine “One Earth”. On one such occasion, at the beginning of the 1980s, Donald Keys wrote:
“The New Age groups are focussing and entering a new stage — a world related stage. They are becoming mature enough to begin to shoulder some of the load of humanity’s burden… The spread of New Age values as a unifying ‘yeast’ in the human loaf may be the critical ingredient for successful emergence from the 1980s” (“One Earth”, Findhorn Foundation, Vol.1, Issue 1, February/ March 1980, p.1).
The spread of New Age values “as a unifying ‘yeast’ in the human loaf”. That is ‘ink-blot infiltration’ in a nutshell. In this same article, Donald Keys posed the question, “To what extent will New Age energies and values invest the human scene in the 1980s?” And he answers: “Without doubt it will have a major impact throughout the world on the value content of governance and the way life is lived”. We now have all the talk in governmental circles about a ‘New World Order’. At the time of writing the first edition of this book (1993), I wrote:
“The present President of the most influential country in the world [Bill Clinton] is the most sympathetic man to the New Gnosticism that one could have in the White House. We have already shown in the previous chapter that his deputy, Albert Gore, is completely in tune with the ‘Hundredth Monkey’ ambitions of the New Gnosticism”.
Even Donald Trump, the current President of the USA at the time of preparing this second edition of the book (2025) is a proponent of ‘New Thought’, a modern neo-Gnostic offshoot philosophy influential on New Age thinking. As Italian academic writer, Lorena Carbonara, wrote in a piece about ‘New Thought’ and conspiracies, “[Donald Trump] has always made his trust in positive thinking to achieve health and wealth public, and he has often appeared delusional to international audiences. Among the many exponents of New Thought, he declared his close connection with Norman Vincent Peale, a Methodist pastor who started his career in Brooklyn and Syracuse” ( https://www.bibliomanie.it/?p=10632 ). Trump grew up attending Norman Vincent Peale’s church in New York. Peale wrote the renowned book, “The Power of Positive Thinking”, and was a major exponent in the church of ‘New Thought’ doctrine which is what lies behind ‘Prosperity Theology” (so-called ‘Name it and Claim it’). Furthermore, Trump’s long-time ‘Faith Advisor’ (and now leader of the ‘White House Faith Office’), Paula White, has over many years been a proponent of ‘Prosperity Theology’ and the nuttiest type of neo-Pentecostalism. [See these two samples of the wacky ‘ministry’ of Trump’s advisor, Paula White, who Trump calls “amazing”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DlRueGU1AU and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJVS9RsIrN8 , in which you can see the equally insane Rodney Howard Browne (who spawned the “Toronto Blessing” in the 1990s) lurking in the background]. Somehow, Trump has deceived his followers into believing that he is an evangelical Christian. But he is really a typical narcissist and neo-Gnostic proponent of ‘New Thought’ Prosperity Theology who has bewitched his cultlike followers into seeing him as other than what he truly is. Even New Age gurus claim that Trump is one of theirs. [Check out this lecture from leading influential New Age guru, Lorie Ladd (184,000 followers), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hju17fXIriQ , in which she claims that “Donald Trump is a massive and powerful lightworker”. She says that she has received this information from the ‘Galactic Federation of Light’, which is said to consist of discarnate entities in another dimension (which disciples of Christ can easily identify as demons disguised as angels of light). She claims that “this man has more ‘charge’ around him than any other human on the planet”. By ‘charge’ she means vibrant occult energy in New-Age-Speak. If you read the comments underneath her “transmission” you will get a taste of the vast number of folks who believe this stuff]. Ralph Benko, who describes himself as “an elite, top-ranked, nonclinical hypnotist”, claimed in Fortune Magazine that Trump is a highly skilled hypnotist, another classic neo-Gnostic leadership trait (https://fortune.com/2020/09/27/donald-trump-self-hypnotism-politics/ ). In fact, the internet is brimming over with professional hypnotists who also claim that Trump is a master hypnotist (See, e.g. https://www.nwemail.co.uk/news/19040239.ulverston-author-lisa-morgan-claims-president-donald-trump-used-hypnosis-win-people-presidency/ ).
It is also surely of some significance to this section on governance that Javier Perez de Cuellar, Secretary-General of the United Nations from 1982-1992, is said to have been abducted by ‘space-aliens’ on 30th November 1989 (The Independent on Sunday, 2nd January 1994, p.10). Perez de Cuellar persistently refused to speak about this experience. However, in response to an enquiry about the matter from the Prince of Liechtenstein, a leading world authority on UFOs, he did not deny that it had occurred (Ibid.). Whether or not this event did happen, its public disclosure through international media could be part of a now years-long softening-up process designed by ‘security agencies’ to prepare people to accept the idea of relations between alien beings and world leaders: Hence the increasingly large number of articles in the media referring to possible UFO sightings.
Is it possible that the putting-out of films such as “E.T.”, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”, and many other similar movies have also been part of the same information-feeding process, in preparation for an announcement of “the real thing”? Admittedly, this is speculative; but there are a number of intelligence reports which claim that there has been some mysterious involvement of alleged alien beings (which Christians would identify as the deceptive work of demonic entities) with a shadow world government since around the time that the United Nations was formally set up in 1948. I have also seen a number of documents propounding the conceit that the human race was originally the product of an experiment in genetic engineering by an advanced race of ETs from another world. Religious writings such as the Bible, Koran, etc., are said by them to contain a record of their ancient deeds, while the world religions themselves have been based on the teachings of the messengers which they sent (e.g., Buddha, Moses, Jesus, Mohammed, etc.) to prepare us for the time when all this could be revealed, and their “Great Teacher” could finally come to earth to lead mankind into the next era. [As a further twist in this strange saga, on 2nd December 1993, a quarter-page advertisement was placed on p.7 in the International Herald Tribune, by a French journalist who claims that ETs took him to their planet, gave him the name of Raël, asking him to spread the message that these beings will soon come back to earth, and that an embassy must be built for the occasion]. Even the Oxford University evolutionary biologist, William Hamilton, has proposed:
“that our planet may be a zoo controlled by extraterrestrial beings, who have ‘planted the seeds of evolution on Earth hoping to create interesting, intelligent creatures’. Every now and then, he speculates, they see things not working very well and ‘so they insert a finger and just change some little thing. And maybe those are the miracles which the religious people like to emphasise’” (Reported in an article entitled “Evolutionary Faith and the Cosmic Zoo”, by Carl Wieland in “Creation Ex Nihilo”, Vol.15, No.4, September-November 1993. This was a review of an article in Time, January 4, 1993, entitled “Science, God and Man”, in which William Hamilton’s views were sympathetically reported. In that article, Hamilton was referred to as “one of the great scientific minds of our era” ).
If this fiendishly clever idea — which has so far mainly been purported in academic and neo-Gnostic circles — was to be developed into a full-blown global strategy, then we would be caught up in the most intensive spiritual battle yet on this planet, involving gross deception on a universal scale. It is not at all beyond the bounds of possibility that demons posing as ‘highly evolved beings’ from another dimension will be involved in the massive deception surrounding the revealing of the final manifestation of Antichrist, that “man of lawlessness”, whose “coming is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and pseudo-wonders” (2 Thessalonians 2:9). Such a scenario could easily be part of the “strong delusion” which will be energised across this planet shortly before the time of the End among those who would rather believe the Lie than love the Truth (2 Thessalonians 2:10-11).
Another major player in the neo-Gnostic infiltration of world government was United Nations executive Dr. Robert Muller (1923-2010). He first came to the U.N. in 1948 and was an Assistant Secretary-General for many years. He was Chancellor of the ‘United Nations University of Peace’ and an international advocate for the setting-up of a global ‘Council of World Religions’ (Robert Muller was one of the keynote speakers at the 1993 ‘Parliament of the World’s Religions’, where he made this proposal. This whole area will be fully explored in Chapter 12). As the editor and co-writer of a book written in honour of none other than the previously-discussed Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, Dr. Muller has stated: “I believe that humanity on this miraculous, wondrous, life-teeming planet has a tremendous destiny to fulfil and that a major transformation is about to take place in our evolution” (Robert Muller, ed., The Desire to be Human: A Global Reconnaissance of Human Perspectives in an Age of Transformation, Miranana, 1983, p.17). This statement is wholly in keeping with the ‘Critical Mass’/‘Hundredth Monkey’ concept which has been fully discussed in an earlier section of this chapter. On the syncretistic front, Dr. Muller was also the author of a book which is entitled “Shaping a Global Spirituality” (Doubleday, 1982). Dr. Muller also sheds some light on the relationship of the United Nations to the New Age Movement. He rewrites the first chapter of the biblical Genesis to make it refer to the creation of the United Nations. Under the title of “The New Genesis”, the first verse states:
“And God saw that all nations of the earth, black and white, rich and poor, from North or South, from East and West, and of all creeds were sending their emissaries to a tall glass house [the U.N. Headquarters] on the shores of the River of the Rising Sun, on the Island of Manhattan, to stand together, to think together, and to care together for the world and all its people. And God said: ‘That is good’. And it was the first day of the New Age of the Earth” (Ibid., p.19).
As the Wikipedia article says about him:
“Serving with the UN for 40 years and rising to the rank of assistant secretary-general, his ideas about world government, world peace and spirituality led to the increased representation of religions in the UN, especially of the New Age movement” (Check out https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Muller_(United_Nations) ).
In another of Dr. Muller’s books, “Decide to Be”, we see the New Age philosophy perfectly set forth. One passage which aptly demonstrates the real spiritual impetus behind the United Nations reads:
“Decide to open yourself to God, to the Universe, to all your brethren and sisters, to your inner self…to the potential of the human race, to the infinity of your inner self, and you will become the universe…you will become infinity, and you will be at long last your real, divine, stupendous self” (Robert Muller, “Decide to Be”, Link-Up, 1986, p.2. This was published by the British New Age journal “Link-Up”, which has now changed its name to “Global Link-Up”.).
In those words, there is the kernel of the New Gnosticism: That the very essence of God dwells unconditionally within all people, and that through meditation and a variety of other techniques, we can ‘tune into’ this ‘divine self’ and actually become God. This, of course, is not a new idea; it is at least as old as the hills, or even older (Genesis 3:4-6). One has only to enter the so-called “Meditation Room” at the U.N. Headquarters in New York (see image, left) to recognise the dark antichristian origins of the spiritual philosophy which has conceived and pervaded this organisation. The bare wedge-shaped room with its eerie lodestone altar, and the cryptic, surrealist Picasso-like mural on the smallest wall, symbolise the empty heart of countless esoteric religious cults down the ages.
It therefore comes as no surprise to learn that the UN also had its own official Indian meditation instructor, Sri Chinmoy, who held two meditation sessions per week within the UN building, and whose speciality was to lull his audiences into a trance state with music! Even the staid Houses of Parliament in the UK played host to Sri Chinmoy at the invitation of the Speaker of the Commons so that politicians could receive instruction in his meditation technique (The Daily Telegraph, undated article in the “Peterborough” column). After Sri Chinmoy’s death in 2007, dozens of people came forward to accuse him of sexual abuse, a very common complaint in Yoga and meditation circles regarding their teachers and gurus, as I will later show.
In the mid-1980s there was a flurry of activity on the part of the United Nations neo-Gnostic infiltrators to activate its potential global influence. This surfaced initially in the series of “Peace Meditation” days sponsored by the UN and “fronted” by a variety of celebrities who are sympathetic to New Age ideology. These two “Peace Meditation” days were designed to frame the United Nations “First Earth Run” which began on September 16th, 1986, as a flaming torch was passed from hand-to-hand around the world, culminating on December 31st, 1986, when it ignited an “eternal flame” at the U.N. headquarters in New York. The first peace meditation was called “The Million Minutes of Peace Appeal”, while the second was entitled “The World Instant of Cooperation”. The publicity leaflet asked the hubristic question: “Are you ready to take the world in your hands?” (This leaflet was obtainable from: No.4, 95, Avenue Road, St. John’s Wood, London, NW8 6HY). Although it was concealed from the general public, these deceptive occasions were masterminded by an international galaxy of esoteric organisations and individuals who had been working closely with the U.N., and whose spiritual beliefs, affiliations and aspirations are entirely in accord with the New Gnosticism. For these U.N. events were the brain-child of four leading occultists and global ‘envisionists’. First, John Randolph Price, author of many neo-Gnostic books such as “Superbeings” and “The Planetary Commission”. He is founder of the “Quartus Foundation for Spiritual Research” — a Texas, U.S. based organisation dedicated to carrying out “research and communications on the divinity of man” (John Randolph Price, The Planetary Commission, Quartus Books, 1980, foreword), and whose objective is brazenly stated as being:
“to continually document the truth that man is a spiritual being possessing all the powers of the spiritual realm…that man is indeed God individualised, and that as man realises his true identity, he becomes a Master Mind with dominion over the material world” (Ibid., p.173).
Others involved in the conception of these United Nations Meditation Days were Barbara Marx Hubbard, whose 1983 book “Revelation: the Co-Creation” called for a Hundredth-Monkey-style “planetary pentecost which would alter the world’s state of consciousness” (Link-Up, No.28, Autumn 1986, p.5). Then there was David Gershon, of New York, who ‘envisioned’ the First Earth Run as an expression of universal cooperation; and Moscow’s Joseph Goldin who, in 1985, conceived a global New Year’s Eve party to be held in Moscow on December 31st 1986, with satellite linkage around the world (Ibid.). At least two of these individuals openly advocate psychic communication with spirits: Both Barbara Marx Hubbard and John Randolph Price are among the catalogue of celebrities who are quoted on the covers of Ken Carey’s ‘channelled’ books in the “Starseed” series published by Harper.
Such is the background to this UN occult jamboree, designed to introduce ordinary people of many faiths and Christian denominations to the realms of occult meditation at a global level. In fact, the organisers were living out their “Hundredth Monkey” belief that there will be a critical point at which a “breakthrough into a new planetary consciousness” will take place if they can induce enough people to meditate on the planet at any one time. Among the many patrons and sponsors of these events were the Dalai Lama, former UK Prime Minister James Callaghan, violinist Yehudi Menuhin, paleoanthropologist Richard Leakey, Terry Waite (assistant to Anglican Archbishop Robert Runcie), US chemist Dr. Linus Pauling, Mother Teresa, Dr. Robert Muller, composer Philip Glass, comedian Dudley Moore, actor Ben Kingsley (star of the film “Gandhi”), former Beatle Paul McCartney, paper manufacturer Bowater Scott, Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, The Human Unity Institute, Planetary Citizens, the Gandhi Foundation, U.N.A., Oxfam, etc. (Ibid.) What a potpourri of characters to be supporting New Age activities!
One of the major reasons that the UN has become the haunt of organisations and individuals seeking to bring about a one-world antichristian political and religious consciousness is that it has a ready-made global network which can be easily infiltrated and used by clandestine forces.
Furthermore, it easily fulfils the preparatory plans of the power-elite secretly controlling the proposed formation of a world government which will lead to the so-called ‘Golden Age’ on earth envisaged within the New Gnosticism. The primary work of the United Nations since the time of its inception has been to soften people up to the idea of a global government which will have complete jurisdiction over the sovereignty of national governments. That is why the U.N. suddenly came into such prominence as the ‘policeman of the planet’ during the 1980s and 1990s. This does not mean that the present U.N. and its Security Council, as it is currently constituted, will necessarily be the actual World Government itself, although it is certainly a main harbinger. [The U.N. is actually a highly-inefficient and corrupt organisation. For information on this see, e.g., the article “Does Corruption Abound?”, in Time Magazine, August 9th, 1993, p.11, in which it is revealed that a document presented by the Heritage Foundation “lambasted the U.N. for systematic mismanagement and corruption”]. On 6th December 2024, the UN inaugurated December 21st as an annual World Meditation Day (https://documents.un.org/doc/undoc/gen/n24/397/70/pdf/n2439770.pdf ). The webpage about this states that this is to:
“raise awareness about meditation and its benefits… Additionally, the General Assembly acknowledged the link between yoga and meditation as complementary approaches to health and well-being. At the United Nations, meditation holds a special place, exemplified by the Meditation Room at UN Headquarters in New York. Opened in 1952 under the guidance of Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld, this ‘room of quiet’ symbolizes the essential role of silence and introspection in achieving global harmony. As Mr. Hammarskjöld put it, this house, dedicated to work and debate in the service of peace, ‘should have one room dedicated to silence in the outward sense and stillness in the inner sense’. In times of global challenges, such as armed conflicts, climate crises, and rapid technological advancements, meditation offers a powerful means to cultivate peace, unity, and compassion. World Meditation Day reminds us of the importance of nurturing human consciousness to address these issues and create harmony within ourselves and our communities” (https://www.un.org/en/observances/meditation-day ).
So you can see that this neo-Gnostic philosophy is endemic in the United Nations and has been throughout its entire history — all with one endgame in mind: Global government and a pretended unity through neo-Gnostic syncretic practices, along with an ultra-dose of phoney ‘hopium’.
There have been a great many contributory factors in the softening-up process for global governance, of which the foremost has been the careful erosion of the concept of national sovereignty across the world. To this end, former ‘Iron Curtain’ countries have been systematically ‘democratised’ (plainly orchestrated by the clandestine power-elite which really controls global affairs) so that long-standing, suppressed, nationalist bitterness could once again rise to the surface, leading eventually to calls for a world government. To imagine that the dismantling of the Iron Curtain has been the result of a series of independent, spontaneous, popular people’s revolutions is the height of naïvety. I personally have seen numerous intelligence sources which show that the political structures of the Soviet Union and its satellites (e.g., East Germany, Yugoslavia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia, etc.) have been systematically dismantled by the same secret powers which originally set them in motion. The late politician, Mikhail Gorbachev, former President of the USSR and President of the International Green Cross/Crescent, was groomed for his role in this by predecessor Yuri Andropov and was a major protégé of global government and the ‘New World Order’. One of Gorbachev’s most intimate advisers was Evgeny Primakov, a member of the globalist Club of Rome. In an article in Pravda and Izvestiya in 1987, Gorbachev said:
“A world consultative council under the UN auspices uniting the world’s intellectual elite is needed to help shape the future. Prominent scientists, political and public figures, representatives of international public organisations, cultural workers should all be involved” (“Toronto Star”, September 26th, 1987).
Many assume that the former US President George H.W. Bush invented the Gnostic-Masonic term ‘New World Order’. But before Bush assumed the Presidency, Mikhail Gorbachev, in a speech to the U.N. General Assembly in December 1988, said: “Today, further world progress is only possible through a search for a universal human consensus as we move forward to a new world order” [emphasis added]. (Daily Telegraph, December 8th, 1988, p.9) In that same speech, Gorbachev claimed that both the French and Russian Revolutions (in 1789 and 1917) “gave a tremendous impetus to mankind’s progress” and he also extraordinarily referred to them as “a most precious spiritual heritage” (Ibid.). Surely the use of the word “spiritual” was a coded reference to the occult Illuminist forces which lay behind both these historical events, as I showed in an earlier chapter. Even Gorbachev’s old advisor, Jeffrey Sachs, was taking part in an ‘online program’ as recently as September 2024, entitled “The New World-Order” (see image, above left).
Coupled with all this Russian and European activity, we have witnessed the British monarchy coming under a welter of mainstream media smears during the past number of years to soften-up the people for a diminution or possibly even a removal of their office and influence throughout the once-influential British Commonwealth. The world’s media moguls are, of course, also affiliated with the secret government process.
The European Union (EU) is yet another brainchild of the secret government powers. As increasing political and judicial power is transferred to Brussels, the national sovereignty of participating countries will be subsumed into the monolithic superstate called Europe. This can clearly be seen in such documents as the “Treaty on European Union”, ratified at Maastricht in 1992, in which the assertions are made that the European Union will bring about “the creation of an area without internal frontiers”, and that it will “assert its identity on the international scene, in particular through the implementation of a common foreign and security policy including the eventual framing of a common defence policy, which might in time lead to a common defence” (Treaty on European Union, Title 1: “Common Provisions”, Article B.). This takes on an even more sinister aspect when we discover from this Treaty that “every person holding the nationality of a Member State” of the European Union is regarded as a “citizen” of that Union, who “shall be subject to the duties imposed thereby” (Ibid., Title II, Part Two: “Citizenship of the Union”, Article 8). Whatever the squirming politicians may say in their attempts at a denial of a European superstate, such “citizenship” can mean nothing other than regional governmental oversight and jurisdiction. How long will it be before the creation of a small number of such superstates around the world which can then more easily be subsumed into a global government?
Another major contributor to this world government game is the Club of Rome, which produced a confidential document, dated September 17th, 1973, entitled “A Regionalized and Adaptive Model of the Global World System”, in which the countries of the world are divided into ten “global groups”. This could provide a more manageable basis for a United Nations World Government superstructure. Watch out for major changes in the future composition of the UN Security Council. The US Central Intelligence Agency has been involved in the strategic installation of power-nodes, key players and national leaders across the globe who would be favourable to the aims of the burgeoning ‘New World Order’. The CIA even funded a ‘school’ which would carry out this strategy — one which must surely be the direct precursor to the World Economic Forum’s “Young Global Leaders” programme of today, which performs the same function. That school was the International Seminar at Harvard University, founded by Henry Kissinger with CIA funding and operating from 1952 to 1969. Kissinger even had the temerity to deny that it was funded by the CIA (see the NYT UPI release image, below). The Harvard International Seminar:
“was one of several programs set up by senior members of organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations and the newly created CIA. In fact, during the post-World War II era, the United States was proactively creating many such programs with the intention of grooming potential young foreign leaders and installing them into positions of power… Even though almost a decade of funding throughout the 1950s remained undeclared, it was revealed that, between 1960 and 1966, Kissinger’s International Seminar received funding from three CIA conduits: The Asian Foundation, The Farfield Foundation, and The American Friends of the Middle East, the latter being one of the more well-known, influential, and successful CIA conduits of the era” (See https://unlimitedhangout.com/2022/08/investigative-reports/the-kissinger-continuum-the-unauthorized-history-of-the-wefs-young-global-leaders-program/ . Klaus Schwab, former Chairman of the World Economic Forum, until he stepped down in 2025 after multiple allegations were filed against him, was actually recruited by Kissinger in the 1960s to be part of his CIA-funded International Seminar, which clearly functioned as the prototype for the World Economic Forum’s ‘Young Global Leaders’ programme (established in 2004) in terms of grooming people to be installed as manipulable leaders across the world. That programme had originally started with the title ‘Global Leaders for Tomorrow’ in 1993. The World Economic Forum, like the European Union, when seen against its seeding background, is really just another US/CIA creation which (like the EU) is designed to work towards the formation of a global government by grooming young people for their roles as presidents, prime ministers, and heads of silicon valley companies, mainstream media groups and social media platforms. As one researcher puts it:
“The recorded history of the World Economic Forum was intended to give the impression that the organization was a purely European creation, but this is not the case. In other words, the World Economic Forum, through its ‘Young Global Leaders’ programme is preparing people who are in tune with the globalist mindset to take up positions of leadership in society so as to plough the ground for a one-world government. Many familiar names have been through this mill from 1993-2005, such as Mark Zuckerberg (See https://tinyurl.com/yc3rk7uy ), Emmanuel Macron (See https://tinyurl.com/2uep25vh ), Vladimir Putin (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Global_Leaders), Justin Trudeau (Ibid.), Angela Merkel, Nicolas Sarkozy, Bill Gates, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Cyril Ramaphosa, José María Aznar, Bono (U2), et al. Bono plays his sell-out part to perfection as a lackey of the World Economic Forum as a result of his grooming by its ‘Young Global Leaders’ programme, which is simply an updated rehashing of Kissinger’s CIA-backed International Seminar at Harvard. Even the hapless Liz Truss, the brief-serving British Prime Minister in 2022, is a World Economic Forum protégée (See https://www.weforum.org/people/liz-truss ).
Remember that Henry Kissinger also wrote a book, entitled “World Order”, in which he ultimately advocated “A world order of states affirming individual dignity and participatory governance, and cooperating internationally in accordance with agreed-upon rules” (Henry Kissinger, “World Order”, Penguin Press, 2014, p.214). That is a statement of global governance.
As far as a location for such a world government is concerned (and I freely confess that I am speculating here), where could that possibly be? Well, there is one city which could maybe provide the perfect setting for a headquarters for either a global government or a world council of religion (or both). That city is Jerusalem — which the Lord Jesus Christ prophesied would be “trampled by Gentiles” until the times of the Gentiles (i.e., the present Gospel Age) has come to an end (Luke 21:24). Its pedigree as a centre for Christianity, Islam and Judaism could provide the ecumenical-interfaith basis for such a setting. [NB: Please do not think I am suggesting that the modern secular state of Israel is some kind of revival of the Israel of the Old Testament. The modern state of Israel is a counterfeit of Old Testament Israel machinated through deception and terrorism of the worst kind, and it will continue to deceive right through till the revealing of the Antichrist and the time of the end of this age. I do know that the vast number of professing ‘Christians’ who foolishly believe that the Lord Jesus will return to this present fallen earth to set up a one-thousand-year kingdom here believe that He will reign from Jerusalem. Imagine if they (along with the Jews who are awaiting their Messiah) were deceived into thinking that the highly deceptive Antichrist — who actually will set up his ‘kingdom’ on this present fallen earth — is the returned Christ! Again, I stress that I am speculating. Only time will tell. Maybe the location will be the ubiquitous Geneva, or some other convenient venue. Who knows? I sure would be interested to be around, God willing, to see all this come together, which indeed it will… somewhere.
What many readers may find most difficult to accept is that the entire flow of history during the past century — including the familiar landmarks of the two World Wars, the creation and expansion of the European Union, and the many other conflicts and proxy-wars around the world forged by the USA and UK — has been the product of conspiracies and cabals working towards one single unified goal: Global government.
Actually, the whole of world history from the ascension of Christ to the present day has been manipulated by the powers of darkness, as the fallen archangel, Satan, has been relentlessly working towards the establishment of what will be a short-lived satanic kingdom on planet earth, which is what the ‘New World Order’ is really all about, from a preparatory standpoint. For all of the activity to which I am referring is an intimate part of the leaven-like “mystery of lawlessness” which was “already at work” in Paul’s time (2 Thessalonians 2:7), and has been paving the way ever since then for the revealing of the “man of lawlessness”, ὁἀντίχριστος, hoantichristos, the Antichrist and counterfeit of the true Christ (2 Thessalonians 2:3), “whom the Lord Jesus will violently take out with the breath of His mouth and abolish by the majesty of His arrival” (2 Thessalonians 2:8).
Conclusion
A vast quantity of evidence of these secret forces at work in the world can be seen today: in the systematic undermining of public confidence in law and order; in the escalation of moral degeneracy through the widespread affirmation of sodomy and gender confusion; the ruination of national identity and cultural cohesion through the mass immigration of so many moral reprobates; the proliferation of inner city rioting; the introduction of AIDS and a variety of other manmade epi/pandemics into the world’s population, the global sales of enslaving drugs; the incessant diet of lies, drivel and disinformation in the world’s media; the introduction of phoney ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusivity’ in order to make people guilty of equally phoney ‘hatecrimes’; the manufacture of wars to instil people with fear and prepare them for totalitarian control; the gradual creative degeneration of music so that it becomes declinational rather than inspirational; the generation of upheaval and public disorder in as many areas of the world as possible; the doomsday disinformation about impending environmental disasters through ‘atrocity propaganda’ (See my article on this: https://diakrisis-project.com/2019/10/30/the-globalist-endgame-atrocity-propaganda-what-do-a-girl-named-greta-faux-environmentalism-the-new-age-movement-have-in-common/ ); the multiple sightings of alleged UFOs; the mass genocidal implementation of corrupt ‘family planning’ strategies (e.g., abortion as contraception); the creation of uncertainty (and, ultimately, chaos) in the world’s money-markets; the confederation of the world’s religions into a world council. All these, and many more, have been happening under the influence of clandestine powers, a power-elite, who secretly control the political, informational and economic structures of world affairs. This is the “mystery of lawlessness” and the “spirit of the Antichrist” in action, the aim being to fabricate the global conditions for establishing a world government. The abundant evidence for all this is available to anyone interested enough to do the necessary research — although many people would doubtless be too horrified to accept the results of their discoveries.

Because my main concern has been to concentrate on religious corruption in this evil age — although this is inevitably linked-up with political and social corruption — I have merely sought in this ninety-six-page chapter to expose a few key aspects of the global ink-blot strategy of the New Gnosticism and its inroads into international affairs. At present, these things are in the developmental stage of working towards a world conglomerate which has been masterminded by God’s ancient enemy. Within the coming years, the fullness of this work will become all-too-apparent to those who have eyes to see, ears to hear and the spiritual insight to understand. As a further aid in the discernment of world developments we will now go on, in the following chapter, to look at a number of the identifying hallmarks of the New Gnosticism, together with showing what should be the faithful Christian’s response to them.
