I am currently working on an in-depth article that really involves 18 mini-essays and an introductory essay. The title is: “The Rat Poison Strategy of ‘Christian Deconstruction’ – How ‘Bait and Switch’ ‘Ministries of Enticement’ Operate”. This piece covers the bogus claims of “Christian Deconstruction” ministries on the internet, which are usually run by apostates who are using “bait and switch” tactics to draw in unsuspecting Christians who are disillusioned as a result of insights, abuse or other issues in the Christian scene. Those are exactly the types of people for whom I created this ministry of Diakrisis, so as to pick them up before they fall and then build them up again in the true faith. It’s in the mission statement. So these Deconstruction “ministries” are in direct opposition. They operate by providing a little bit of truth as bait (rather like the Anglerfish) but they afterward provide lots of poison to undermine the faith of those they entrap. The internet is full of them.

I was moved to write this when I realised that one of the main protagonists in this deconstruction movement has nine of my subscribers among his 136,000 followers! I don’t know whether they have subscribed to his platform so as to keep an eye on an utterly false teacher or because they have been hooked by his deceptions. Anyway, if you are among those nine, this article will be your antidote! 💥
