SO-CALLED “CHRISTIAN NATIONALISTS” believe that the Bible passage in 2 Chronicles 7:11–22 marks the USA as a Christian nation, when God says to Solomon: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land”. Firstly, that Scripture text has nothing whatsoever to do with the USA (or any other modern nation) as it was spoken by God into a particular situation regarding His own nation of Israel with which He was exclusively in a covenant relationship. Secondly, it was expected that the entire nation of Israel would repent, not just some ‘penitent remnant’. Thirdly, it is really bad Bible interpretation (and thus a serious sin) to take one verse out of context and make it apply to something completely inappropriate. Fourthly, it is even worse if the people misappropriating that verse are not even genuine disciples of Christ!

The above Bible verse is being used as the centrepiece by the “Rededicate 250: A National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving” event in the USA, which has been made to be all about Donald Trump and his degenerate crew rather than anything to do with total U.S. repentance before God. Moreover, the leaders of the USA themselves are anything but penitent types. They are a bunch of lying, grifting, warmongering blaggards who have dishonourably presented themselves to the world as “Christians”, ludicrously believing that their country has been chosen by God to lead the world into a “golden age” which will usher in the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. Their outlandish words and behaviour have set back genuine Christian evangelism to an incalculable degree.

The “Rededicate 250: A National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving” event is a meaningless sideshow as part of the shenanigans of an apostate quasi-religious outfit which attempts to pass itself off as “Christian”. Just another sign of the times…
