Now there are those who seek to water down
the things I say in all the words I write.
It seems my output makes them want to frown
as they equate it with some dynamite.

They say a man of God should not so speak,
as Jesus only spoke with love and light.
That’s only true when dealing with the meek
but with religious folks His words did smite!

However, mostly all I seek to do
when wordsmithing (that’s all I do each day),
is to be faithful and also be true,
for there is only One I must obey.

Tough love won’t mince its words to suit the mob.
Their disapproval will not shut my gob! 😲🫢🤐🤠
